Studio Photography Lighting

I found this video very helpful. It covers the basics of lighting in studio photography. I have a very simple 2 strobe set-up in my studio. The more I get into photography, the more fun I have in playing with lights. One challenge I have, since I work mostly with kids, it is almost impossible to shoot them still and a lot of times I prefer capturing them in action.
